Cake
Delicate chocolate sponge cake with prunes and profiteroles with all favorite cream! Invited to tea!

Ingredients

  • Yogurt

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    0.66 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    250 ml

  • Condensed milk

    200 ml

  • Prunes

    250 g

  • Profiteroles

    12 piece

Biscuit. In the Cup of yogurt to repay soda. Mix the flour, cocoa and sugar. Mix the dry ingredients with the yogurt and bake in greased form in a preheated 200 gr. oven for 25-30 minutes. Cool and cut into 2 Korzh.

Prunes to soak for 10 minutes in boiling water, dry and cut into pieces. I've only got 6 cream puffs. I cut them in half and filled with cream and sliced prunes.
