Cooking
- The main thing in my recipe - "stand for hot pots," which is undeservedly forgotten, and boil the rice until tender in salted water, rinse under running water
- to stuff the chicken with rice and slices of Apple,
Secure with toothpicks (the internal fat and "ass" are cut and put together with rice in the chicken)
- in a pan put a "kickstand", to pour hot water on a "stand" to put a chicken to roast on the middle shelf in a preheated 250*C oven for 1.5 hours (if oven heats from the top is stronger, cover the chicken with a sheet of foil)
