Stew in the Dominican
Dish, of course, has suffered some changes getting from Santo-Domingue in Europe, but some national peculiarities still remain... it's quick and easy - it's delicious!

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    400 g

  • Beans

    400 g

  • Green peas

    100 g

  • Chili

    1 piece

  • Mango

    100 g

  • Dry white wine

    100 g

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

Drumsticks salt and pepper, fry in a well heated pan until Golden brown.

Reduce heat, add chili pepper ( I did not add, but the prescription is expected), the wine (or rum), water (or broth) (150-200 g) and simmer for 20-25 min.

Add the beans, peas, mango (or peach) and then simmer the stew for another 5-10 minutes.
