Cooking
To combine and sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Add the sugar and mix well in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl or glass, mix the yogurt with the soda and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add to the yogurt eggs, hot coffee, oil, vanilla and mix well..
Add the mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix the dough until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared molds (greased), filling the dough slightly above the middle. Bake in the oven at 180*C for 15-20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes in pan, then completely pulling out of the forms and transferring to the bars. From this dough you can make white cupcakes. To do this, we add cocoa and coffee to replace the boiling water. Also a wonderful recipe.
Whisk the cream with the icing sugar and add green food coloring. Stir until smooth. Cream I recommend to buy the plant. They better keep the shape of the cream. Can and white cream to decorate, if there is no dye. Then tree will be like in the snow. Can cream condensed milk to use, too, holds its shape well: 200 grams of butter 1 Bank of condensed milk
The top of the cupcake and place a large cut strawberries. And apply the cream.
Decorate using a pastry bag and nozzle "star"
Another option. For cupcakes, add the cream and then put in the coconut - this is snow. Set on top of a waffle cone (sold in store) and decorate with cream on the surface of the cone. The tree obtained above. For kids under the cone to hide the chocolate candy.
Decorate with Christmas sprinkles. I bought in the store ready. On top of the Christmas tree installed asterisk from mastic.
