Cooking
To combine and sift together cocoa powder, flour, baking powder and salt. Add the sugar and mix well in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl or glass, mix the yogurt with the soda and let stand for 5 minutes.
Add to the yogurt eggs, hot coffee, oil, vanilla and mix well..
Add the mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix the dough until smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared molds (greased), filling the dough slightly above the middle. Bake in the oven at 180*C for 15-20 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes in pan, then completely pulling out of the forms and transferring to the bars. From this dough you can make white cupcakes.
