Cooking
Quinoa is thoroughly rinsed, cover with water, bring to boil and cook on low heat until tender. Cool.
While quinoa cooks, prepare the squash. Grate it on a coarse grater, put in a pan (preheated), add the chopped garlic, salt to taste and mix well. The zucchini will give a lot of juice, you need to fry it until the juice evaporates.
Fried zucchini put them in a container, add quinoa, flour, salt to taste and mix well.
