Cooking
Softened butter well rubbed with sugar. You can beat with a mixer.
Add eggs, zest lemons, and then whisk until smooth. In a separate bowl sift flour, baking powder and salt.
Continuing to whisk with a mixer, gradually add the lemon juice, coconut and flour with baking powder and salt in lemon mass. As the batter became thicker, I've kneaded with your hands, adding remaining flour. The finished dough wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for 1 hour.
Cover a baking sheet with baking paper, shape the meatballs with a diameter of 3-4 cm (the dough is very well molded). Can balls flatten slightly (optional). Each ball dip them in the powder and spread on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake cookies for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at a temperature of 155 degrees.
After they cool, you can even sprinkle with powdered sugar (I didn't)
