Brass pancakes with meringue
This time I have a brass mouth-watering pancakes with meringue... Very tasty...

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Milk

    130 ml

  • Flour

    0.66 cup

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Soda

  • Cinnamon

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Sugar

Cooking

Eggs combine with sugar, salt and optional cinnamon. I took 1/4 tsp of cinnamon. Form grease with vegetable oil and place in a cold oven. Then turn on the heating the oven to 180 degrees.

Beat with a mixer until fluffy foam.

Pour in the milk and stir.

Add the sifted flour with soda.

Mix well until bubbles.

In hot form, pour a quarter of the dough and bake at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, make meringue. Cold protein vzbit in a solid foam, then adding 1 tbsp sugar beat in cool foam.

After 15 minutes of baking remove the form of pancakes from the oven and gently put into molds on the dough meringue, levelling.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until Golden brown. Remove from the forms.

Allow to cool completely and enjoy mouth-watering taste... It's a pancake baked in a ovenproof form.

And if you turned off the lights or broke the oven, you can bake pancakes in oiled pan. Work is also very tasty and very tender pancakes... enjoy your drink!
