Vegetables curry with soy meat
Actually, I'm not a big fan of soy meat, but in combination with vegetables and curry were delicious! For the post-very nice! And again "Fast from Moulinex"!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Ginger

  • Vegetable oil

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Meat

    200 g

  • Assorted vegetable

    400 g

  • Curry

    1 Tbsp

  • Garam masala

    1 tsp

Cooking

Soy meat to soak in hot water for 20 minutes.

After this time squeeze the meat and, if You have large pieces, cut into smaller pieces (approximately 1,5x1,5 cm).

Chop onions. In a saucepan heat the oil, fry the onion and meat 5 minutes.

Pour the meat frozen vegetables and simmer another 5-7 minutes.

Ginger finely chop and add to vegetables.

Add salt, season with curry and garam masala, add soy sauce and simmer for another 3-5 minutes.

Serve vegetable curry with boiled white rice, or as a separate dish. Bon appetit!
