Food in the days of strict fasting is fully consistent with the views of dietitians about the ideal diet: vegetables, whole grains, easily digestible proteins and vegetable fats. Much healthier than steak! For the contest "Fast from "Moulinex".

Ingredients

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Dried apricots

    50 g

  • Raisins

    50 g

  • Millet

    0.5 cup

  • Figure

    0.5 cup

  • Almonds

    30 g

Cooking

Carrots rubbed on a coarse grater. Cereals mix and chop the almonds. On the bottom of the pan place a layer of carrots, a coat cereals and almonds, then a layer of carrots, cover with hot water and honey so that the last layer of vegetables was closed.

Put bake in a hot oven until tender.

When serving the porridge I was decorated with Apple slices. Bon appetit!
