Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 l

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

  • Black pepper

Then take the loin part of the pig (this is the most delicate and bystrogasjashchajasja meat from pigs :-)).

Cut into not very small pieces and put in a pan to toast until Golden brown. In the process of cooking add salt. If the hostess is hungry, you can steal a couple of pieces and devour :-) (the meat after frying, ready to eat).

Onion cut into half rings and also fry until Golden.

Meat with onions, combine together, add sour cream, pepper and a little water, literally a half Cup. Simmer for ten minutes on low heat, then eat with pleasure :-). Bon appétit!!!
