Fish with vegetables in brandy
Very tasty and tender fish along with a side dish

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Cognac

    100 ml

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Flour

    4 Tbsp

  • Potatoes

    600 g

  • Fish

    1 kg

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Spices

Divide the fish into portions pieces,

And fry in vegetable oil.

When fish is browned, place it in the casserole dish, and in its place the vegetables (potatoes cut into cubes, carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion finely chopped).
