Apple muffins
Very easy to prepare muffins. A La a mini Apple Charlotte, will appreciate the children for their excellent and delicate flavor.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Leavening agent

    3 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    1 tsp

  • Apple juice

    0.66 cup

  • Salt

    0.3 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    0.333 cup

  • Apple

    2 piece

  • Brown sugar

    0.333 cup

Cooking

Apples together with core run through the juicer. To the juice add egg, butter and lightly whisk.

Connect the flour with the sugar, salt, cinnamon and baking powder. Mix well.

Apples clear from the skin and seeds, cut into small dice. To the juice mixture, add flour mixture and stir so that the ingredients are just mixed, but not dissolved! Enter the apples and mix again.

Fill the molds dough on 2/3 of the volume, sprinkle with brown sugar and place in a preheated 200* C oven for 20 minutes. Will not overdo!!! Allow the muffins to cool.
