Wanted to bake an onion pie, but at the last moment beat and decided to bake a cake stuffed with onions and rice with quinoa. And it has paid off very harmoniously all connected. It turned out rich cake with a delicate shortbread base and at least tender filling, this is a sour cream filling. Asking for tea!

Make a thick, but very soft dough. The form (22 cm diameter) lightly grease with oil, put the dough, flatten.
