Jordanian pancakes
My debut on this wonderful website!!! Decided to start with something simpler - with pancakes. No idea why they are called Jordanian, not sure what's cooking in Jordan, pancakes (in our sense) at all, but it does not change the fact - they are sooo delicious. They look tasty in the context of low-calorie, wholesome, and eaten with great gusto even my eight-year-old daughter. 1. The dough for pancakes, I'm sure every home owner has their favorite, which always work perfectly. I usually do milk mixed with water and eggs (per Cup of liquid 1 egg) + flour+salt+a bit of sugar and a little vegetable oil.
