Juicy pieces of rabbit with smoked bacon, garlic, braised in red wine, amazing dish. The aroma was....... the pieces are so soaked with bacon, wine and garlic that simply melts in your mouth.

  • Brisket

  • Tomato

  • Dry red wine

  • Fat

  • Onion

  • Garlic

Pour a glass of wine, broth, add spices and simmer in oven for 1 hour, then remove add the Bay leaf,garlic and simmer for another 30 minutes.
