I want to offer to your attention an interesting addition to the holiday table - spoon-the cake with cream of dark chocolate. This is my sweet gift to my Morosco Lena (Lema) with thanks for her lovely, heartfelt New year gifts for my whole family! Hope, tender, crumbly biscuits will please her and for you.

Cooking
Sift in bowl the flour, starch, add sugar, mix well. Cut butter cubes and carefully knead the dough by hand.
Fill the silicone form (in the form of spoons) the dough, flatten it with a knife and bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 12-15 minutes until light Golden brown.
Cookies cool completely in the form, then carefully take out cookies very fragile.
While cookies are cooling, prepare cream. In a water bath melt dark chocolate and pour a thin stream of cream, mix thoroughly.
Remove the cream from the heat and add powdered sugar, knead until smooth. Nuts fry and break up. Through cooking bag to put the cream on a spoon and decorate with crushed nuts and raspberries, sprinkled with powdered sugar.
