Creamy coffee, very delicate dessert. Within a few years of cooking tiramisu I have developed, there can be a little bit unconventional recipe for cooking this dish. And most interesting is that my friends from France; the Germans, who were treated to my "Tiramisu&a mp;quot; and my relatives from Holland have unanimously said that this is a real "Tiramisu&a mp;quot;.

Cooking

Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees. Cool, cut into pieces.
Coffee+water=boil coffee (for adults at this stage you can add 1 hour. L. brandy) Coffee should be cool and pass through the filter.
Cottage cheese+sugar=whip
Add cream and beat until thick.
And the last stage - Assembly: On the bottom of the form put the cream. The cream spread cake layers soaked in coffee and lightly squeezed. and so on... alternating cake layers and cream.
The top layer of cream sprinkle sweet cocoa. Enjoy your tea :)
I took the ingredients in a double instance, as I had to cook a tiramisu for a large company. So - photo - to feel the scale prepared tiramisu ;)
