Description
Chicken rolls stuffed with honey and walnuts with a sauce of orange, cognac and chocolate. For those who have a sweet tooth :) This dish can be cooked using the kitchen helpers Scarlett.

Cooking
Chicken is good to discourage using plastic wrap. RUB with salt, pepper, curry.
Squeeze the juice from the orange.
Grind the garlic. Add it to orange juice. Add the curry. Mix well.
Fillet grease with honey, put on top the nuts.

Rolls put in a baking dish, pour orange juice. Rolls should be submerged in juice by half.
Close the form with foil and place in the oven for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes in the foil to lift the rolls to turn to better soaked with juice. Close foil and another 20 minutes. The oven temperature 200 degrees
Remove the pan, drain the juice. Rolls back in the oven to warm.
Prepare the sauce. Mix the juice that leaked out of shape, chocolate. Heated over low heat to dissolve chocolate. Add the cognac. Stir.
Get the rolls, pour the sauce.
The remaining sauce is served in a gravy boat.
