Upside-down cake with zucchini
Last summer saw the recipe in the magazine! And now I want to share my idea of making this cake-the shape-shifter. The taste is amazing, being prepared is easy and looks very nice!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Butter

    160 g

  • Brown sugar

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 tsp

  • Zucchini

    3 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Thyme

    1 coup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

All the ingredients are designed for 2 small cake with a diameter of 17 cm (I have such a form). You can cook one large or simply reduce the amount of ingredients. To start preparing the dough. For this to sifted flour, add sugar and stir.

Then add slightly beaten egg, baking powder, salt and 120 g of butter, diced.

Knead the dough and put it in the fridge.

In a pan pour olive oil, add 40 g of butter, honey, a sprig of thyme.

Zucchini cut into circles 2 cm thick, fry them on each side for 5-7 minutes.

Divide the dough into 2 parts. Each roll out and cut a circle the same size as your baking dish.

Spread the zucchini in a baking dish, pour juice from roasting, cover the dough. Pierce the dough with a fork in several places.

Bake for 10 minutes at 210 degrees, and 30 min. at 180 degrees.
