Cupcakes-cakes with a persimmon
Tender juicy and just melt in your mouth!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Persimmon

    7 piece

  • Raisins

    100 g

  • Prunes

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

The sugar with the eggs, begin to whisk, once the mixture increased 2 times, add melted cooled butter, yogurt and pureed persimmons, mix, then add the sifted flour and continue whisking.

In the dough add the dried fruit (without them, will be not worse :) Decompose in molds or in great shape, as you like.

On top sprinkle with nuts and put it into the preheated oven for half an hour at 180*

While our beauties are cooling, melt the chocolate with the milk in a water bath and decorate.
