Very tasty pancakes! Cottage cheese with cranberries, stuffing, and delicious!

Separate the yolks from the whites and pour into a bowl. Grind them with sugar.
Add the softened butter ( 40 g ), salt and mix well.
Pour in the milk, pour the flour and stir until smooth.
Beat the whites until foamy, but not to hard peaks.
Pour the whites into a bowl and mix well.
Fry thin pancakes on the diameter of the frying pan ( 28 cm ). The pan to heat, but oil is not necessary. The last pancake was a little smaller. Only 6 pancakes.
Prepare the filling for pancakes. Cottage cheese mixed with cranberry sauce.
Cottage cheese I have one packet ( 200 g, should be 400 ). The toppings I had only three nalystniki.
For the other three pancakes I used fresh apples. 2 large Apple cleaned from skin and removed the core. Not a big cut, and on top put the sauce.
Pancake wrapped rolls ( the bottom edge of nalystniki covering the filling, then bent both edges from the sides and twisted up ). Put in a greased form and the top rolls is also oiled.
Form with the rolls put into a preheated oven under the grill for 5 - 7 minutes for Browning.
I love to eat pancakes hot. Cold they are also very tasty, well keep their shape rolls.
Pancakes decorate top with cranberry sauce.
