Pie with peaches in olive oil
Crispy salt-based, delicious peach filling and the caramelized streusel. It's impossible delicious!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Brown sugar

    160 g

  • Olive oil

    100 g

  • Cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Flavor

  • Salt

  • Peach

    4 piece

  • Butter

    60 g

Sift the flour with salt, add sugar.

Mix the butter, cream, and almond extract, add to flour mixture.

Fingers vmese the butter into the flour without fanaticism.

Put the dough in the baking pan, to form ledges. Put the form with the dough in the fridge for 15 minutes.

Peaches to separate from the bones, cut into thin segments.

Put the peaches into the form on the cooled dough.

Melt the butter with the sugar in a frying pan. Remove from heat, add the flour, grind.

Streusel ready to pour on the peaches. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Serve cold.
