Ingredients

  • Margarine

    130 g

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Sour cream

    0.5 cup

Margarine chop with a knife or grind with sugar

To the margarine add the flour and baking powder, knead the dough (the dough should get in the form of chips)

Curd mix with the sugar and egg yolks, separately beat egg whites (whites should increase in volume 2-3 times)

To the cream cheese add sour cream and stir

The resulting mixture is mixed gently with proteins

Our stuffing is ready

Take a greased or covered with baking paper form, fill the form of our crumbs (crumbs we need a little more than half), pour the filling and sprinkle the top with remaining crumbs. Bake at temperature 180 - 200 degrees, 30 min.
