Potatoes with onions in Uzbek
In search of a new potato dishes came across this simple recipe. Everything is simple, nothing unusual, but it turned out delicious!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    800 g

  • Onion

    450 g

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Water

    100 ml

Cooking

Onion peel, cut half rings and fry in oil until transparent.

Potatoes wash, peel, cut into slices thickness of 3-4 mm.

Add the potatoes to the onions and fry for 7 minutes, the potatoes together with onions, stirring occasionally. In the process of roasting, add salt. Then add 100 ml of hot water, cover, diminish the heat to low and simmer until cooked, not stirring the potatoes.

The finished dish sprinkle with dill.
