Meat rolls in the oven
Very tasty, succulent dish that is perfect to diversify everyday menu.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    100 ml

  • Pear

    2 piece

First, prepare the filling for rolls. Fry mushrooms with onions, a little salt.

Then add the chopped pear and a little simmer under the lid until soft. Cool.

Pork cut into portions and repel. Spread some of the filling. Put a slice of cheese and butter.

Twist in the roll. So come with all ingredients. Put in a greased baking dish. Rolls pour the red wine and salt to taste. Cover form foil and put in oven at 200C for 40 minutes. Then remove foil and leave in the oven for another 10-15 minutes.
