Breakfast should be hearty, but easy. This omelet is a great option, good both for adults and children. And delicious hot or cold. Help yourself.

Cooking
Pour Hercules in two bowls, 2 tbsp. l.. Pour the milk and leave to stand for 5 - 10 minutes.
Divide the eggs into yolks and whites, and pour into bowls. Salt. Stir.
Fry in butter, first protein. ( it seemed to me too small a diameter frying pan - 16 cm, scrambled eggs poorly cooked).
Fry on both sides. Then hot and fold in half.
For the yolk I took a big frying pan, fry on one side and rolled into a roll.
