Baked vegetables with fish
Recipe for fish lovers! Very easy! But the result... And the aroma! Generally, go! Treat!

Ingredients

  • Fish fillets

    500 g

  • Zucchini

    1 piece

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Cherry tomatoes

    20 piece

  • Green olives

    20 piece

  • Dry red wine

    250 ml

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Chili

    1 piece

Prepared form for baking grease with sunflower oil. Slice the eggplant into medium-sized pieces or strips.

Zucchini cut into half rings.

Bell pepper and onion cut into half rings.

Chopped vegetables mix. Spread 2/3 of the vegetables in the form. Spread on top of the tomatoes. (half) season with Salt.

For vegetables put the cod fillets. Grease fish fillet soy sauce Kikkoman.

Cover the fish with the remaining vegetables. Spread the other half of the tomatoes. Add thyme. Pour the wine and add the Kikkoman soy sauce. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 30 minutes.
