Lovers of cheese cakes is dedicated to. Incredibly delicious and delicate cake, and most importantly is not complicated. This is my signature cake for all holidays. Recipe taken from the magazine "Cooking."

Cooking
To begin to put the defrosted cherries, one fresh - take out the bones.
Make the dough. To do this, separate the yolks from the whites. 200 g softened butter RUB with sugar, vanilla and egg yolks.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about an hour, maybe more, depending on your oven.

Now for jelly. I use this here jelly (package of 8 g) and prepare as directed on package. The contents of the two packages are mixed with 4 tablespoons of sugar and gradually pour in 500 ml of water. Bring to a boil, and cook 1 minute. I usually buy the red, but this time the store was not so for color added the juice from the cherries.
