Description
First test of homemade crème brûlée ( http://www.povarenok .ru/recipes/show/775 92/ ) was so successful that this dessert has quickly become a favorite in the household. Now try to vary the recipe: this experiment is also very good: it turned out delicious, beautiful, unusual.

Cooking
Cream 20% - 350 ml eggs (yolks) - 5 PCs terenowy Syrup - 80 ml sugar to caramelize - 70 g banana - 1 PCs
Preheat the oven to 100°C. heat the Cream on low heat, not allowing to boil (I used multiverse, mode "Control", 90°C, 15 minutes). Banana cut into thin slices, to lay low ceramic cups with a single layer.
Separate the yolks from proteins (proteins not useful to us), to beat.
Mix the egg yolks with the syrup. Pour in the egg yolks very hot cream in a thin stream, at the same time intensively churning the mixture (I used a blender).
Pour the mass in molds with the help of a ladle.
Put in a preheated 100°C oven for 40 minutes.
If the crème brûlée starts to brown before it is time to move the molds on the bottom shelf. After 40 minutes molds remove from oven, allow to cool first at room temperature, and then for a couple of hours to put in the fridge.
Sprinkle the ramekins with sugar (about 0.5 teaspoon per serving).
Caramelize the sugar with a cooking torch.
