The recipe for this cake I saw in a magazine "Deli" and immediately decided to cook it. Fragrant, sweet, slightly vlazhnovatoy pie. I liked the kiddies and adults! Invite!

Cooking
Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder and mix well.
Next, mix brown sugar (I used brown sugar Demerara from TD "Mistral"), vanilla sugar, pineapple juice and olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
Bananas peeled and mash with a fork. In the banana puree, add the sugar-oil mixture. Mix well
Finely chop nuts or grind blenderm. Then mix the flour mixture, nuts and a banana weight, thoroughly mix all until smooth. I used the mixer. The dough spread in a greased form and bake in a preheated oven to 180 degrees. Baking time 45-50 minutes, it took me a little more. So focus on the capabilities of their "helpers"
