Puff with cherry tomatoes and pesto sauce
Crisp puffs with an extraordinary aroma of Basil and juicy cherry variety spring table and will delight its bright taste.

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    1 pack

  • Cherry tomatoes

    350 g

  • Parmesan

    50 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Olive oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 coup

To defrost the dough. Wash the tomatoes. Pesto is better to use a ready, but if not - prepare yourself. Grind in a blender garlic, Basil, pine nuts, shavings of Parmesan until smooth, pour in the olive oil, mix well. The sauce is ready.

Lightly roll out the dough on a flour covered surface and cut to form discs with a diameter of 10 cm.

Evenly spread billet of dough cooked in pesto sauce. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

To shift the disks on a baking sheet, covered with baking paper and prick with a fork. Put a few cherry tomatoes. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes until Golden brown.

Once the puffs are ready and cherry lightly opens, tomatoes and salt to taste. Sprinkle with shavings of Parmesan and herbs. Serve hot. Bon appetit!
