This cake is very often helps me when you need to find a use for overripe bananas.

Cooking
Butter room temperature (or turn the heat in the microwave) mix with sugar.
In a separate bowl with a fork mash the bananas.
Crushed bananas add to oil mixture.
Grind the walnuts (I do this with potato masher for the mashed potatoes in a plastic bag, in a few receptions).
Chopped nuts add to the butter-banana mixture and knead well.
In a separate bowl sift the flour with the baking powder and starch.
In whipped mass gradually add the flour with starch, vanilla sugar and knead thoroughly.
Detachable form for the cake butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Into prepared pan spread batter and distribute throughout the volume.
Bake in a preheated oven at t=180 C on the middle shelf in the "top/bottom fire" for 30-40 minutes (until dry splinter).
Meanwhile, prepare the ganache. The dishes and rinse with cold water, pour in cream, add butter and bring to boil. Chocolate chop and pour boiling cream.
Let stand for 7-10 minutes and stir with a spoon until smooth. Allow to cool to room temperature. After cooling, beat with a mixer.
