Delicate French dessert blancmange
Very tasty, light and delicate dessert, for a real lady)

Ingredients

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Sugar

    6 Tbsp

  • Coconut shavings

    2 Tbsp

  • Starch

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    0.5 pack

  • Cocoa powder

    1 Tbsp

Prepare our ingredients )))zoo ml of milk to boil, add 6 tablespoons of sugar (for those who can poslaju 8), add 2 tbsp coconut, vanillin (or vanilla sugar)

In the remaining 100 ml of milk add 1.5 tablespoons of starch

Stir to dissolve the starch and add to the pan with the milk

Bring to a boil and cook over low heat stirring constantly for 2 minutes (it should thicken)

Into molds (I have silicone), in bowls or deep plates, place half of the cream. In the remaining cream add 1 tbsp cocoa and stir well
