I am a big fan of puff pastry, so could not pass up this amazing, simple and delicious recipe.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    500 g

  • Basil

    100 g

  • Salmon

    150 g

  • Shrimp

    150 g

  • Parmesan

    100 g

Cooking

Roll out 2 puff pastry layer.

Fresh Basil, chopped put in blender and grind.

Get Basil from the blender and chop with a knife to a homogenous mass.

On the puff pastry spread with Basil.

Salted salmon cut into slices and spread on the puff pastry.

Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

On second layer put shrimp and sprinkle with cheese.

Dough twist from the 2 sides towards each other.

You should get the "sausage."

The connection test it over water so the dough stuck together.

Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and send in the freezer for 5-7 minutes.

To get a roll and cut into pieces.

Put the baking pan in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
