Clafoutis with tangerine on the website already, but my recipe is different, so I decided to upload it. The recipe makes a small form with a size of 24 cm

Cooking
In the evening soak the prunes in Armagnac (brandy, rum or for those who do not consume alcohol in the tea). Tangerine peel, divided into slices.

Separately mix flour with sugar, salt and vanilla ( I have the powder, but liquid).
Alternately stir in the eggs, one after the other.
Then add the milk and again stir well.
Then cream and also stir.
The resulting dough on density sounds like the batter for pancakes.
The resulting mixture pour into the prepared fruit.
Bake in a preheated to 180 oven for 40min. When checking on the readiness of the tip of a knife should come out dry.
Better to eat warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
