Cabbage pie
Quick to prepare and delicious pie of sauerkraut, which are sure to delight loved ones on a cold winter evening. This is my first time on the website (do not judge strictly) ))

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Beans

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Bread crumbs

Cooking

Fry in vegetable oil finely chopped onion. Then add the sliced potatoes.

Put into the pan of beans and sauerkraut. Add salt and spices (to taste). Lightly fry. Allow to cool a little.

While cools the billet for the filling, grease a baking dish with butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Vystelim the bottom and sides of the shapes pre-rolled puff unleavened dough.

To the stuffing add 1 egg and mayonnaise (or sour cream). Mix thoroughly and spread on the dough.

Gently wrap the edges of the dough. Grease with egg and bake until Golden brown.
