Description
Quite often, the rice is over. Or served as a separate dish, when you need to eat meat. Very tasty, flavorful and satisfying. The rice to soak I recommend, when soaking any excess starch goes into the water, and the rice is more susceptible to aromas and tastes of spices and vegetables! Do not want to taste? The cooking time specified does not include soaking the rice.

Cooking
A measured quantity of rice to wash.
Soak rice in cold water for 2 hours.
Strain the rice in a sieve.
Onion cut into half rings
In a saucepan with a thick bottom to heat the oil on medium heat fry the onions 5 minutes until transparent.

Remove the pan from the heat. Wrap in a blanket and give rice to "uprate" for 20 minutes.
