Millet burgers with cheese
Hearty meatballs. A very good budget, from a walking distance. Perfect for Breakfast and as an evening meal, appropriate for lunch at the office. If in advance to prepare wheat, it is generally ready within 15 minutes. For the recipe many thanks Sasha - azzurro07

Ingredients

  • Millet

    200 g

  • Water

    350 ml

  • Milk

    35 ml

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Greens

    20 g

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Millet to wash out. Pour boiling water and cook, stirring 7-10 minutes.

Pour the milk, add sugar, salt. Cook stirring occasionally until tender. Cool.

Greens wash, dry, chop.

Grate cheese on a grater. Add the cooled porridge, cheese, herbs and egg. Mix well.

Wet hands formed into meatballs of desired size (I got 8 pieces).

In skillet, heat vegetable oil. Put the meatballs and fry both sides until Golden brown.
