Buns with custard
"Creme De Parisienne". One of the options of buns with custard. It is easy to prepare and very tasty, get no buns, and cakes. A recipe from a Japanese website.

First, cook the cream (it can be done in advance, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator). Sugar, milk, corn starch, eggs, vanilla, whisk to mix into a homogeneous mass.
The milk and butter to heat until hot.
Pour half of the hot milk into the egg mixture, stirring with a whisk until smooth. Pour the egg mixture into the rest of milk, stir well, cook on the stove (on low heat), stirring with a whisk until thickened. Make a thick paste, cover the film surface and leave to cool slightly.
The dough I trusted bread machine, but you can manually. Of these products knead a soft dough (mix yeast with flour, add sugar, egg, water, dry milk, softened butter and salt) and leave to rise in a warm place until the dough increases in 2 times.
Approaching divide the dough into approximately 18 pieces.
