I want to share with you the recipe of my favorite vegetarian pancakes. I just love pancakes, but make them no more than once per month, as it is a very nutritious dish. But these pancakes can be done often. They are useful and no less delicious! For all fans of pancakes and crepes! Help yourself!

In a bowl mix the flour, wheat bran, the baking soda and salt. Here also, ideally, well and add oat bran (1/2 Cup), I was not.
Add soy milk and mix thoroughly until a homogeneous mass. I used regular milk.
Grease a large skillet with oil and place on a moderate fire so that the oil has heated up. Pour the batter to pancakes in the pan and liberally sprinkle each pancake with olives, finely chopped (or can add them to the dough, there is no difference). Bake until bubbles appear on the surface until Golden brown, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Flip the pancakes, remove the pan from the heat, leaving her pancake, about 3 minutes, until Golden brown. Similarly bake the remaining pancakes, adding oil and heating the pan between each batch.
Put on a plate and keep warm. I put the bowl in a water bath.
Serve the pancakes warm with sour cream or yogurt.
