Grilled mackerel with vegetables for a picnic
I'd like to share a simple but wonderful recipe. Especially now the season picnic. This recipe category: tasty and simple!

Ingredients

  • Mackerel

    3 piece

  • Tomato

    3 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Water

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Seasoning

    1 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Mackerel to clean, gut the innards, rinse under running water, remove the heads.

Now cut the fish's backbone and rib bones removed so as not to damage the skin. And only a small bone should remain in the tail.

The mackerel on both sides sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with seasoning for fish "Forester", sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 30 minutes.

Onions cut into rings. Make the marinade: tomato paste, vinegar, water, add black pepper, seasoning for fish "Forester". All mix well. Marinade pour the chopped onion and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.

Tomatoes cut into circles.

Now we start to assemble: on marinated mackerel put tomatoes.

On top of the tomatoes onions, pour the marinade. Spread on a baking tray-grill "Forester" and put on grill, cooking until tender.
