Cooking
Cabbage divided into florets and cook in boiling, salted water. Fresh from 4-6 min, 6-8 min. from frozen depending on size of inflorescence. Drain the water and cool. Grate the ginger, the pepper, finely chop and fry in oil "Oleyna" 1-2 min.
Add the broccoli, sauté 2 min.
Add sugar, pour water mixed with coconut milk and starch, soy sauce, stir, bring to boil and simmer for another 2-3 minutes until it thickens. If necessary then season with salt and serve immediately.
