Copied its this recipe quite a while already from the "Books Deli: about the eggs and milk," but still couldn't get to cook it because the recipe here is the phyllo dough. I looked and looked, well, not sold it to us. But to do it yourself somehow was reluctant, and afraid, for I have no idea what it's for Zveri such. And I read on the Internet that you can replace the puff..... so I did.

Cooking
So, the first thing cook gruel-semolina: for this boil the milk with plain and vanilla sugar + 50 g of oil. Milk to boil, stirring, add the semolina and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until tender. We get a thick semolina. Give porridge to cool down a bit.
When the quinoa has cooled, add the eggs and zest of 1 lemon (grate). Beat well until smooth.
Next comes the dough. As I took the puff pastry, it needs to roll out with a rolling pin or stretch with your hands, as thin as possible. I used the help of a rolling pin. My dough was small plates of rectangular shape. I unrolled each plate, and then cut it in half, and I, basically, was enough to put the bottom of the form. Put the form on one another 2 sheets of puff pastry, carefully oiling each sheet with oil (if it's Filo, then lay 3 sheets) so that the dough beyond the edge of the form.
Further spread our stuffed monkey. Put also 2 sheets of puff pastry (if it's Filo, then the remaining 3 sheets), also promazyvaya their butter. Wrap the hanging edges of the dough to the top or at the bottom and also grease. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for about half an hour (or until the cake is lightly browned)
While the pie is baked, make the syrup. Combine water, remaining sugar and honey and cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, about 15 min.
The finished cake remove from oven and pour it hot syrup. Here I realized that I had miscalculated with the size of the form, but... it was too late. Why? Yes, everything is simple - it turns a lot of syrup, pie it needs to "float" and "float"nowhere. Pour I have failed, because the cake rose high, so I just smeared with a brush and watered gradually with a spoon.
As it cools the syrup will be absorbed. The cooled cake to put in the fridge for a few hours. Before serving, let stand a bit at room temperature. Very tasty pie and milk so generally a fairy tale. I ate in one sitting.
