Required products
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, add 2 tbsp icing sugar, leave for 30 mins in a warm place.
Mix melted butter 250g., 1 egg and zest. Add yeast, remaining sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Pour the flour.
Add to the dough raisins, 3 tbsp chopped almonds. Knead the dough. Leave it for 50-60 mins I climbed faster.
Then the dough punch down and let rise again.
Divide the dough into 3 parts, roll 3 harness.
