Cooking
Make the dough. Eggs with a pinch of salt and beat for at least 10 minutes, add sugar (gradually) and beat for another 10 minutes. Soda Gasim vinegar added to the dough. Add sifted flour, gently stir.
Divide the dough into two parts. Grease with butter form, sprinkle it with semolina (very slightly). Pour the batter into the pan, put in oven preheated to 180 degrees.
Bake until ready. Also comes with remaining batter.
Cream. In milk, add sugar and vanilla, put on fire, bring to a boil, pour the semolina, stirring carefully to avoid lumps. We can say cook porridge. I added a little more monkey and I got a bit thicker, but as it turned out, it's not scary.
I don't have time to do some photos, so I will describe that. Semolina is cool, add the butter (softened), whipping. Add the cocoa, mix thoroughly. In parallel, the cherry free from seeds, fill with sugar, add very little water and put on fire. Remove from the heat once it boils. Put the cake together. The cake impregnated with syrup from cherries.
Spread half of the cherries on the cream.
Cover with a second cake layer and do the same as the first.
