1. Almonds chop with a knife into crumbs. 2. On low heat melt the butter. Remove from heat, mix with sifted flour, nuts, cream, plain and vanilla sugar. 3. Preheat the oven to 190 °C. Grease with vegetable oil two baking trays, cover with parchment paper and spread a teaspoon of the dough at a distance of 6 cm from each other (cookies from a lump will turn into a flat kruglyashek :D ). Bake 5 minutes until Golden brown. With a spatula transfer to a wire rack and cool.
