Gatchina cake
Delicate curd cake with raisins.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    800 g

  • Raisins

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sour cream

    200 g

Separate the yolks from the whites and use only the yolks.

Pour 200 gr seedless raisins with boiling water. To the yolks add 1 Cup of sugar.

With a whisk beat the egg yolks with the sugar until white and full dissolution of sugar.

Add in cheese and sour cream and grind.

In the resulting mass add whipped egg yolks and mix gently.

Next, add one Cup of flour and raisins. Beat with a whisk.

The pan or form, spread with butter and evenly sprinkle with semolina so the dough is not stuck to the form. Bake for 30 minutes.
