Cooking
Wash rice and boil in salted water until tender.
Shrimp boil, peel and fry in a pan with salt and pepper.
In the pan combine soy sauce TM Kikkoman, 2 tbsp water, red wine (can not add), chopped (any convenient method) garlic, sugar and ground ginger. Mix well.
Preheat the pan on medium heat and pour sauce. Starch to combine with 2 tbsp water, stir and a thin stream pour in the sauce. On low heat boil the sauce until lightly thickened.
To the sauce add the corn, green peas, mix well and remove from heat the pan.
In a deep pan, heat on medium heat, pour olive oil, put the rice and mix well. On top of the rice put the shrimp and sauce with vegetables. All mix thoroughly and turn off the stove.
Rice with shrimp and vegetables ready. Welcome to the table.
