Apples stuffed
It's not a dessert. And stuffed apples, we will not sweet filling, and the chicken rice. I'm not a big fan of combining fruit and meat. But then decided to experiment, which I was pleasantly surprised. Tender chicken flesh mixed with Apple scent. It was very very tasty. Want to try?

Ingredients

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Cook a bag of Jasmine rice according to the instructions on the package. Let the rice cool down.

Peel the onion, finely chop and fry in vegetable oil for 2 minutes.

Add to the onions grated carrot, cook for another 5 minutes until soft carrots.

Slightly cooled vegetables to add to chicken minced meat, add salt and freshly ground black pepper, mix thoroughly.

From apples to cut the "lid"-top, carefully cut the core and half of pulp. Chop the pulp finely and add to the mince.

Stuff the apples with the received forcemeat, to close the lid.

Close the form with foil and bake in preheated to 180 degrees oven for 40 minutes. 15 minutes before baking remove the foil.
