Mini Stollen
New year's flavors are flying everywhere! Offer to bake these wonderful babies. Fluffy, fragrant, Christmas!

Ingredients

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    70 g

  • Cheese

    125 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Leavening agent

    10 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 tsp

  • Lemon peel

  • Almonds

    50 g

  • Raisins

    80 g

  • Candied

    80 g

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.25 tsp

  • Cardamom

    0.25 tsp

  • Powdered sugar

Cooking

Soak raisins in the rum/strong tea/orange juice or just in water. Beat butter with sugar and vanilla sugar. I have from Dr. Oetker natural vanilla. Add the ricotta, zest, egg, again whisking.

Sift flour with baking powder. I use baking powder Dr. Oetker. Dripped a few drops of almond flavoring. Add the ground almonds, spices, raisins, candied fruit. Mix well.

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. To formirati balls, about the size of a walnut, flatten slightly. Bake for 12-14 minutes until light brown colour.

Ready mini-Stollen cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Can be stored 3 weeks in a closed container. Help yourself! Happy new year!
